Wendell Barnes received his bachelor’s degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University, and has worked in a variety of capacities during his tenure with Gilbane Building Company. As a Lean thinker and facilitator, he combines technology and experience to enable championship-caliber teams. Experience in the field on multiple award winning projects, as well as his leadership in the technology space and within the Federal Division at Gilbane has lent a unique viewpoint in fully understanding the challenges in the industry and honing business processes. He has presented in numerous forums including AGC’s National Convention, CMAA’s National Conference, Fiatech’s National Conference, Society of Military Engineers JETC as well as multiple appearances at Autodesk University, and has been a part of AGC’s Webinar series.
